Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge

Good Evening,
I have not done a about a month or two, I thought I had a little time and join in on the Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge.  I didn't think it would take me so long to get my pumpin to weld but I was having problems getting the pumpkin to weld. I could see my idea but it did not come out the way I wanted it. That idea went out the window,  it's getting late and I to hurry so I could get to bed.  I wish I did not have to go to work tomorrow, I could stay up and make another attempt. Oh well,  below is my card that I made,  I used the Create a Critter cartridge for the pumpkin and leaves.
Thanks for stopping by.

My Imagine Has Arrived

I am so excited my Cricut Imagine was delivered on Friday,  I got notice from HSN it was being delivered on Friday October 1.   It was scheduled to arrive October 11,   I was at work and was afraid it would be delivered before I got home. So I called my sister in law who lives next door to me and she came over and put a note on the door to leave the package for me.  Of course I had to take my daughter to her pitching lessons,  I had a little time to get it set up before I had to take her.

But I finanlly got to play with her early this morning and this evening around 7, I was kind of pressed for time before we had to leave the house this morning but I was able to figure out what I wanted to make. I love this machine, I will love it even more when I get familiar with it. I used a sticker for Happy Birthday sentiment, stickels on the birthday cake, brown ink around the edges.  Imagine More Cricut cartridge.

I had to recalibrate the cutting it was not cutting correctly.  I got that calibrated and made a card  below
These are simple cards,  I used my IRock on the card above some crafting floss and paper from a paper stack that I got from Michaels.   I also used the Imagine More Cricut Cartridge, brown ink to ink around the edges, and rounded the edges.

Thanks for stopping by,
Have a wonderful evening.

I CANT BELIEVE I ORDERED THE IMAGINE

Oh my goodness I cant believe I ordered the Imagine, I was not sold on the machine at first  but after watching HSN when I got home, and really seeing the projects they were doing I thought I had to have it. My daughter was playing with the remote and she noticed we could order it off the TV thru Comcast remote it said they were sold out.  I did not think much more about it. A couple of hours later I got on HSN website to see if they were sold out and to my surprise they were not. I thought what the heck and I did it. I thought I work, why not.  Now my Imagine is on its way to TN I cant wait.   I could not pass up the HSN offer they had for the Imagine  http://www.hsn.com/

Thought I would share my excitement.
Have a good evening

Hello,

Vintage Photo Cube

Happy Sunday,
Hope you had a wonderful weekend, I did yesterday was my birthday it wa a great day to spend with my family. I thought I would make a photo cube, I wanted to make it look vintage.  I had pictures of my grandparents that I thought I would put on the photo cube and also of my mom when she was a young girl with her brothers and sister.  The photo cube I got from Splitcoast Stampers I will put the link for this cube and the measurements needed to do this cube.
Now that I am older I love history and vintage stuff, how people dressed, the cars, ect..  in the early 1900 thru 1940's. The cube I made it simple but I love it. I still may add a couple of more things that may make 3rd picture below I am not sure.

Supplies
Vintage Stickers
K&Company Vintage Stickers
Martha Stewart Border Punch
Cuttlebug Die cut
Martha Stewart Butterfly punch
Chipboard from Joann - (H)

Trick or Treat layout

Here is a layout I made using the Happy Haunting Cricut cartridge I found on this cartridge when you go to cut out what you have chosen the size is smaller.  You may have to use the real dial size to make bigger cuts if you need them. Its not what I had pictured in my mind. Its not jumping out at me.
Oh well its simple. I left a space in between to put a journaling.

Hauls

I just had to share the hauls I have made over a couple of weeks, but I have not been really been able to play with what I got. Its great to come home 2 days in a row and have packages waiting for me.  I saw where Joanns had the Cricut cartridges for $39.99 on line so I decided to go and pick up a few cartridges. I had ordered 2 of them on line and then I had went to the store and picked up Rock Princess & Winter Frolic while I was there I also picked up a few Inkadinkadoo $1 stamps.

I have been bad this month, its really going to show in my check book.  I also ordered 3 Birds on Parade from HSN this is really a cute cartridge and I had to have it.  I ordered it last week and it was at my door Monday. I was not expecting it until next week.
While I was out yesterday I had stopped my Michaels to pick up supplies for my daughter school project.  I had ran across the pink ATG gun with glue refills there.  So I just happen to have a coupon I had to use it could not let the coupon go to waist. I also picked up more of the Studio G $1 stamps they were really cute.

I have a birthday this month and its like having a early birthday for me. Love it.
Thought I would share in my little shopping spree I have had.
