TSQ Featured Designer Vintage Birthday Card

Hello my crafty friends, I am the TSQ Featured Designer today. For my project I made a birthday card. I was asked by a fellow co worker if I would make a birthday card for our supervisor who's birthday is Wednesday. Talk about pressure, I want to make a classy birthday card for her. She is a great person to work for very understanding and does not micro manage she figures we are all adults.
Well here is what I come up with I hope my other co workers will like it.
I used my favorite paper collection Graphic 45 Ladies Diary collection I love their paper, I love this paper collection its soo classy & vintage. I am loving vintage and history, and how these woman would dress way back from 1900 thru 1930's and 1940's. I put a doiley behind the Graphic 45 image I used the vintage photo paper distress ink from Tim Holtz to give the doiley the vintage look, and I also distressed the edges er vintage photo, hot glued some lace I got from Joanns I had been hording this but this was a special occasion The stamped sentiment is from The Scrapbooking Queen Princess stamp collection you can find this stamp set along with many of her others stamps she has in her shoppe. The bling is from Prima, the cameo is from Jolee's, banner is from paper trey ink die.
I like the way it turned out the lady in the vintage photo looks classy she looks real to me.
I will finish the inside of the card tomorrow when I get home from work, we will be giving this to her on Wednesday.

TSQ Digi Challenge

Welcome,
I want to Welcome you to the TSQ Digi  Challenge, for the challenge this month I made 2 digi cards and these cards are made up with some cute Halloween digi images from Bugaoo.  I used my copic markers to colors these cute digi images.  The photo below I used paper from K&Company one of her Halloween paper stacks. I stamped this bat twice and put him on pop dots.  The banners I made are also from that paper collections. I love how he turned out he looks pretty scary I think.

The card below I also used another Bugaboo digi image this cute little ghost is soo cute I love how he turned out. I used the  paper stack from my all time favorite paper any Graphic 45 newest Happy Haunting collection. When I saw this paper in the pack I knew what I wanted to do with this. I did not put too much on this card it had alot on and it I wanted to show that the cute little ghost when trick or treating at the house on the hill with the owls watching him.

I colored him with copics markers as well, and I used stickles on their eyes so they could glitter and also on the hair of the vampire.

Thanks for stopping in and visit,  hope you like todays post.  Drop in and visit Bugaboo blog and see the cute digi images.

Halloween Spooktacular Banner

Happy Monday,  my crafty friends.
I want to share with you a banner I made for Special Needs Kids. Different crafters have made banners for these children who are in the hosptial.  I love the way it turned out.  I wanted to use all the Halloween colors on this banner.   I used my gypsy to make this banner, I used the Cricut Cartridge Happy Hauntings for the Banner and the spelling out of creepy, K & Company Halloween images &  paper, Recollections Halloween paper. I used glittered Tuille, & I made rosettes.

I am happy how it came out I was not sure it would have come out too well with me using the tombstones instead of actual pennants.  I noticied I spelled creep wrong,  (GRRR)  but I will fix it.  But I like I love all the colors.

Vandy Banner

Hello Crafty Friends & Happy Hump Day

I want to share with you a cool  banner I made for my husband, he is a big college football fan. The collage team he cheers on is Vanderbilt. He has a wall in our family room with Vanderbilt pictures and stuff.   I thought I would make him a banner to go on his wall. The school colors are black and gold I had the perfect paper in mind to use for this project. I used my Gypsy to  create this banner and used the Pretty Penants cartridge.  I made rosettes used a EK Sucess border punch, inked the edges with Tim Holtz Distress ink Soote, I used some glitter ribbon I bought at Michaels ti fill in the spaces in between the banner. I also used Tim Holtz distress gold stain & I used Martha Stewart gold glitter.  The paper I used is from The Paper Studio Simple Elegance to make this banner.

When I showed it to him he said he liked it.  We are going to have our room painted soon so I will hang it up when the room gets painted. I want to make a layout for him when we went to the Liberty Bowl this past January.  I did a video that explains my the project I will try to upload it later.
