I'm married,I have 2 grown boys and a daughter.I have 2 spoiled Yorkies they are my babies. love to make cards, mini albums, and layouts when I get a chance. I love to be home crafting. I like watching movies, cross stitch, may read a good book occasionally. I also love photography. I work full time to support my stamping, scrapbook and photography habit. I can buy any electronics I may need to help me with my hobbies.
I have been hunting for stocking stuffers for my family. For the past 2 weeks I have been looking for the packs of Snickers Nutcracker. I could not find them. I buy these for our stockings every year but this year we will not be having them. I ended up buying Reese's to fill in the stockings along with a couple of other things.
I bought toothbrushes, mouthwash, toothpast, and dental floss for my kids, I thought it would be something different. I put them in bags and used my expression to cut out a tag. They can use this stuff after they get done eating their candy. I thought it be something different.

I am so excited, I was asked by Emma to be a guest designer for Imagination Monday this is my first time doing this. I felt so honored for her to ask me. To be quite honest I was so scared I had hot flashes for a few minutes. I thought I could not do this and got over the hot flashes. I considered this a challenge. Luckily the weekend I did this project I was snowed in and I was able to get it done.
The video is in two parts, I hope you like it. I was a little nervous.
I hope everyone had a good weekend, I was lucky to get a 3 day weekend we had some snow move thru our area. When it snows in our area it pretty much slows everything down. Schools were closed and the roads got bad, with ice so I stayed home from work. I was pretty busy this weekend making cards and other projects I worked on.
I wanted to share a couple of pillow boxes I made, I plan on putting gift cards in them.
Well I hope you are had a great week. So glad its Friday. I cant believe how fast this month is flying by. I have not sent out my Christmas cards and this is the first time since I have been this late, I need to get on the ball. There does not seem to be enough time in the day and evening.
Well I thought I would share another Christmas Card that can hold money or a gift card I made. I like how it turned out. I cant believe my bow came out so well, I normally have to fight with them. I will have to try and remember how to make sure when I use my punch that it is not cut off like it did on the left hand side.
I need to make a few more of these to give out.

I did not buy any snowmen this Christmas maybe I will come across one that says take me home.
I cant believe we are in the Christmas season. the days are flying by. I have yet to finish my Christmas shopping. I had to stop off at a department store the other night after work and there were alot of people out shopping. I dont the recession has had a impact in the area I live in.
I am trying to make gift card and money holders for Christmas. I had saved a money holder card from a couple of years ago, I had traced the money card holder onto to card stock cut it out and decorated it with scrap paper & wrappring paper. When I saw the vintage images on wrappring paper I bought it. So I cut them out of the wrapping paper. I decided I would finally put them to use. Below is what the money card holder.

The picture below is what the card looks like after I used diamond stickles on him
I feel guilty for not posting on my blogs, I have not been able to post anything in a while, with Thanksgiving and now Christmas I have been busy with work and trying to decorate for the Holidays. I was trying to find time to get to my craft room and do some crafting, I managed to slip down there this past weekend, I made this gift card/money holder. I thought they were really cute.
This is not of my creation but of a very craft young lady Carolina's Creative Pad she has done some beautiful work, she did a video of this card on youtube I have posted the link for the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Lt6LB1nzrc, I thought this would be a good for Christmas gifts. My mother in law asked me to make scrapbook of his 70th birthday party she asked me to make a scrapbbook album for Christmas. This is a man who has everything she said he would really enjoy it this way he could go back and remeber his birthday. So I used this sketch below to put in his album.

I made a birthday card for my neice, I used my Imagine machine and the cartridge Best Together. I love this cupcake, I like the eyelashes on the cupcake. I have a spot on the card that looks bare, I am not sure what I should put there, so I just left it bare.

I have not done a about a month or two, I thought I had a little time and join in on the Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge. I didn't think it would take me so long to get my pumpin to weld but I was having problems getting the pumpkin to weld. I could see my idea but it did not come out the way I wanted it. That idea went out the window, it's getting late and I to hurry so I could get to bed. I wish I did not have to go to work tomorrow, I could stay up and make another attempt. Oh well, below is my card that I made, I used the Create a Critter cartridge for the pumpkin and leaves.
Thanks for stopping by.
